Rookie Academy’s most intensive instructor training is designed to help you excel. Covering both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, this course provides the perfect foundation for a global ski instructing career, with job placements available for the Northern Hemisphere winter.

With small groups of 7 trainees max, you’ll get personalised coaching from our world-class trainers. The course starts with refining your ski fundamentals and progresses to tackling all-mountain terrain at Treble Cone—New Zealand’s most challenging ski area. If you can ski TC, you can ski anywhere in the world.

Our focus is on making sure your worst turn meets the Level 2 standard, setting you apart from other instructors. You’ll also have access to internationally recognised qualifications such as BASI, CSIA, and PSIA.
